Rocket Man, Super Hero sort of

Rocket Man is a certified rocket inspector. One day while testing the Fremont Rocket a plume of red smoke lowered over his body. This put him in a state of perpetual super abilities with things that are red. For example, he is able to eat Red Radishes blindfolded. He can also read the minds of Irish Setter dogs. And on a good day he can role his R’s really good while speaking Spanish. He is in constant search of other super powers and will often solicit suggestions from playful tour participants.
